We had a fabulous Christmas as I hope you did to. First of all, we had a white Christmas. It snowed all night on the 23rd and then on Christmas Eve we had white fluffy snow on the ground.
We had family over for Christmas Eve dinner, which was nice for us to be able stay at home with Isaac. Christmas morning Isaac got a 5 foot Caterpillar from his big sister. She wanted to get that for him because of the texture.
He also got an aquarium ball pit that he loves chillin' in.
I had a moment of gratitude as I remembered that Isaac has spent a few Decembers in the hospital. I was especially looking back at December of '09 when he was in the hospital for an entire month and he came home right before Christmas. That was such a hard time. Due to the hospital rules, Autumn wasn't allowed to see him the whole time he was there and she was sad about that. Those are memories that I wish I could leave behind, but they make us appreciate today more than ever.
Have a Happy New Year!

I stumbled across your blog and really liked it. Would you consider including your link at my index of special-needs blogs, http://boynamedsilas.blogspot.com/p/start-linkytools-script-srchttpwww.html? I'd love to hear more of what you have to say. We are a family raising a tube-fed son and I'm really hoping to connect with other special-needs bloggers. Thanks!
