Adjusting

Isaac is starting to adjust more to the school environment. Now when I tell him he's going to school, he gets excited. It's becoming part of his weekly routine. The nurse says he really enjoys circle time, which is when they sing songs and the teacher reads a story. Two of his most favorite things!

A few people have mentioned how this must be a nice break for me without the nurses and kids in the house for a short while. Honestly it's a lot of work! Loading up the wheelchair and his gear and then reloading it again a couple hours later is pretty crazy. He doesn't take the bus currently because he goes at a later time, but that will probably change if he goes in the fall.

We are seriously considering a wheelchair van now that he is getting heavier. I don't even know where to begin, but I'm actively emailing organizations who will hopefully point me in the right direction. We could definitely use some prayers in this area as a wheelchair van is very pricey, especially a decent one with low mileage.
