Under Construction

What a difference the hardwood floor looks so far from our old carpet. The little man did not like any of the noises. Bang, saw, scrape! He was scared to death the first day and just wanted to snuggle, but then he eventually got used to it. I took the kids to the park now and then to get some fresh air and get away from the construction for awhile. Since we have been mostly living downstairs, we have to get creative about our activities. Here Isaac is doing a balancing act on his ball. This exercise is really good for his trunk and head control as nurse L holds him at the thighs and lets him do the rest of the work.
I'm gearing up for Isaac's procedures tomorrow. I have my superwoman shirt ready to go! We will arrive at 6 am and they will probably start at around 7am. It will take about an hour and a half. Prayers that we get home the same day. Also, there is a minor medical concern that came up yesterday concerning Autumn. I won't know for sure what's really going on until next week, but just please pray for peace. As Mother Teresa said "I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. "

The floor looks great! And so does Isaac, what a big boy!

You, Isaac, and Autumn will be in prayers tomorrow, as always. Praying for peace.

Colleen, I know God will carry you through this. And, it may possibly turn out to be so bad. But, no matter what, God is there with you always, and so am I.

Love,
Your Mama and Gammy

Colleen and readers,

Please excuse the typo in my previous comment when I said, " And it may possibly turn out to be so bad." I meant to type, " And it may possibly turn out to NOT be so bad." Sorry for the error.

Love, Gammy
