Isaac was on his best behavior with no illnesses and the nurses took really good care of him. We left a recorder that we used when he stayed at the hospital a lot for him to listen to our voices. The nurses said he loved it and it also helped him get to sleep at night.
Edmonton mall was pretty cool with all kinds of attractions. I think we did more exploring than actual shopping. Not to mention the cost of clothing there was pretty outrageous in comparison to here. We had fun at World Waterpark, which has the largest indoor wave pool in the world.
Galaxyland is the largest indoor amusement park in the world. This Mom was too scared to go on those huge roller coasters though.
Then there was the sea lion show and the underground aquarium where we got to see all kinds of sea animals.
There was also some cool streets in the mall such as Europa Boulevard, China town and Bourbon Street.
And even a huge ice skating rink....
Feeling refreshed and thankful we were able to do this. Now back to reality. Autumn will be entering 6th grade on Wednesday, which is considered middle school at her school. How did that happen? Looking forward to also posting pics of Isaac at school on my next post.
