My heart dropped, my mind started racing, I felt sick to my stomach.
Is this it? Is this where the other shoe drops?
I know it sounds like an over reaction, but it was hard for me to think positive with all that we've been through with Isaac. The worst thing I did was look it up on the Internet. I should know better!
Today we went to an ultrasound to check out her spleen. She was so cute, she kept telling the tech how much she didn't like that sticky stuff that they put on her belly. When it was over we went to the Pediatrician's office to find out the results.
Everything looks normal. There was nothing to worry about! Whew!
So my little girl is healthy and ready to enter 3rd grade tomorrow.
Thank you for praying!

So happy that you got good news. Big hugs
Thank goodness! Our first instinct is always to come home and google, even though we KNOW it's not the best idea. I am so glad that big sister is fine and ready for 3d grade!
When you have a medically fragile child, every little thing freaks you out, and you think, can something happen to my other child too! Glad she's ok!
