Plans for going home on Monday! Isaac has been off of the vent for most of the daytime hours and just a little at night. That's what we were praying for! We just need to get set up for the home nursing staff and we are all set.
I can't wait until I can post a photo of him at home in front of the Christmas tree!

I'm so very happy you're finally coming home for Christmas. That's such good news to a Gammy's ears! You were so very sick a week ago and it scared your Gammy. Now you are more perky and almost off the bipap and interacting with everyone. I miss your sweet smile that lights up the room and look so forward to seeing it once again. I can't wait to see you by the beautiful Christmas tree your Mama and big sister decorated. I'll bet your eyes will light up when you see it this year. I know what Santa got you and you will love it!
